1.   Buyer Inspection

Following the request for inspection from home buyer during option periods, we conduct a visual and non-invasive examinations of the house, check the operation and functionality of the systems or components to meet and consistently exceed the Standard of Practice outlined by TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) and by interNACHI, providing homeowners with vital information on their prospective purchase.

2.  Listing / Seller Inspection

Prior to selling the house, some home owner needs to ensure there is no significant or potential issues in his house which may defer the transaction or kill the deal.  So seller hires a professional inspector to examine his property in order to make the deal go through smoothly. 

Our inspections include time for inspection completion and proper review and explanation of our findings.  We like for our clients to be present at the time of inspection.

Inspection report is completed within 24 hours following completion of inspection.  Report is easy to understand, including quality photos as well as summary page.  Reports will be sent via email. Printed reports are sent upon request.

The inspection standards accorded by Texas HomeSpection Inc.  include but not limited to TREC Standards of Practice 
535.201 -535.233 as well as International Association of Certified Home Inspoectors (InterNACHI) Standards of Practice.
